How did you get your start in this business? I’ve been on both the builder and trade partner side of the industry. Nearly 35 years of experience allows us to engage—and partner—with the best tradespeople and suppliers in the business.
I’ve also served on the Board of Directors for the Builders Association of the Twin Cities and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry and am actively involved in those organizations. 

Why should someone build with you? Our dedicated staff, tradespeople, and suppliers are committed to delivering an outstanding product without making compromises. Providing an unforgettable client experience is our top priority. Our goal is to meet their “unexpressed needs” throughout the building process.

How are your homes constructed? We use quality brands (Kohler, Cambria, James Hardie Siding, Tyvek, Andersen Windows, TREX Decking, Truss-Lift Protection, etc.)—many of our trade and supply partners have been with us since our inception. Our thorough construction process includes 347 internal inspection points.

In order of importance, what are the top three things you look for from a supplier? Service, product knowledge, warranty.

What communities do you primarily build in? Predominantly Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Stillwater and Lake Elmo, with capabilities to build statewide.

How many homes do you build annually? We typically build around 20 homes per year, ranging from $500,000 to $2.5 million.
Overall, we’ve built nearly 750 homes since the company began.
