We build luxury homes that aren’t everything to everyone. They’re everything to a select few.

What about this industry appealed to you? As third-generation builders, you could say building is in our blood. We were on construction sites long before we could climb a ladder. Later in life, we gained experience and business acumen working in commercial building before starting our own company. Through the years, we’ve collaborated with some of the best architects, designers, and trade partners in the industry. Our core values of pride in craftsmanship, fairness, and integrity were learned at an early age. These attributes form the foundation of our business today.

What communities do you primarily build in? We are fortunate to build for clients in the finer neighborhoods within Edina, Minneapolis, Wayzata, and the Lake Minnetonka communities. We have extensive experience in re-development of existing urban and lakeshore home sites.

Why should someone build with you? We are a small boutique building firm focused on delivering a personal and collaborative experience for our clients. Pairing our clients with the best architectural and design firms, artisans and craftsman ensures we deliver not only an exceptionally finished home, but flawless execution of their vision. The experience, talent, and compassion of our six-person team translates into an uncommon building experience for our clients.

In order of importance, what are the top three things you look for from a supplier? We work with people who share our partnership mindset. We expect high product and industry expertise, superior quality, and unmatched service.

What’s the first step in the process of working with a builder/remodeler? Meet with the builder and their team. Discuss company history, project experience, construction management, and client service process. Curate a team you trust with your project and your finances. The process of building or remodeling your home doesn’t last a lifetime, but the client-builder relationship should. We look forward to meeting you.
