Originally founded as a construction firm 15 years ago, Susan Denk, owner and general manager of White Crane Design:Build, has since expanded the company’s capabilities to become a full-service design/build firm with a main focus on mid-size ($50,000 – $350,000) residential remodels.

Our philosophy:

We believe in bringing harmony to your home through design. We are in close collaboration with clients—from pre-construction planning and design to the final walkthrough—to create highly livable spaces that allow for more meaningful moments with family and friends.

Keys to success in a competitive industry:

Creating harmony in a remodel takes careful planning. The team at White Crane Design:Build works with clients to create and execute a comprehensive master design plan. We streamline and simplify the selection process, provide access to exclusive materials and finishes, and keep costs in check. The more detailed the plan, the more efficiently we can complete projects on time, within budget, and with minimal stress, resulting in an experience that exceeds expectations and spaces that brings people together. Adding comprehensive design to the process allows us to be completely immersed in the life cycle of a remodel, from design to estimating to project management to construction.

We take great pride incombining mastery and imagination to bring to life the dreams of our clients.
