Zehnder Homes takes pride in delivering homes that its clients envisioned when they started dreaming of building a new home. Owner Eric Zehnder started out as an electrical engineer and made a career change to real estate. He eventually started flipping houses, and those experiences led him to create Zehnder Homes in 2006.

Every Zehnder Homes project uses high-quality materials from top-notch suppliers. The firm uses high-efficiency components and abides by GreenPath Energy standards. In order to ensure maximum efficiency, all homes are inspected by a third-party energy consultant at various stages of construction.  Zehnder Homes provides its customers with a home orientation prior to closing, followed by three-month and 11-month walkthroughs. An online building tool allows homeowners to enter warranty issues and track progress.

With a team of designers, project coordinators, and field staff, Zehnder Homes is readily available to answer any questions its clients may have, or to meet them on site for a project walkthrough. Zehnder himself is directly available to his clients and truly enjoys meeting with them on site.

Zehnder Homes builds between 15-20 homes annually at a variety of price points. When asked what sets his company apart, Zehnder explains, “I truly believe we have exceptional floor plans and designs that really work for how people live in their homes. In addition, we feel we provide an excellent value. We work hard to provide a balance between quality and price.”
