BEFORE: The rooms in this 1920-era home were tiny and compartmentalized. A large fireplace created a physical challenge with venting the space.
AFTER: Authentic historic details were carried into the renovated kitchen and mudroom, an addition was added over the garage, multiple bathrooms were remodeled, and the existing HVAC and mechanical were relocated. The design is modern and fresh while seamlessly fitting with the rest of the Tudor-style home.
MUST-SEE FEATURES: A 60-inch metal hood blending stainless steel and antique brass, a back hood wall featuring handmade tile from counter to ceiling, custom built-ins and banquette, and a modern steam oven and wine fridge adding modern conveniences.
