HomeBook 2016: Che Bella Interiors
Our design philosophy is that everyone deserves good design. As a full-service residential interior design firm, we work hard to create unique and thoughtful designs as a true reflection of the homeowner. We enjoy building lasting relationships with our clients and industry resources through regular communication, and being honest, acting with integrity, and providing excellent customer service. We excel at using our design education and business skills to manage every stage of the project so the entire design process is fun and rewarding.
Decorator Vs. Designer:
A common myth that floats around is that a decorator is the same as a designer. An interior designer has formal education and training, real world project experience, and provides professional aesthetic guidance. After creating the overall design plan, a designer is an essential tool for managing the project to ensure that the end result is executed correctly and seamlessly. More importantly, having a professional interior designer manage some—or all aspects—of a project can help homeowners prevent costly mistakes, saving time and money.
A good designer has … a great eye for design and the practical skills to make it happen. It is so important to keep track of every detail as you create a thought-out cohesive design solution. Organization is critical. A good interior designer is an expert at multi-tasking.
A memorable request:
We recently had a request from a client to design a lower level that would allow them to feel as though they were back in Hawaii, surrounded by a warm Asian contemporary sensation. Rich warm woodwork, stained concrete floors, shoji screens and even fabric walls in the home theater created a beautiful story. Look for photos soon!
