BEFORE: Scenic views of the marsh in the back of the home were limited to a small window and sliding door. A cooktop kitchen island restricted the flexibility of the space.
AFTER: Patio door openings were expanded and the original dining area was bumped out two feet to create a new family room, now flooded in natural light (showcasing some pretty amazing views!). The more functional, open, airy kitchen was relocated to the front of the home.
MUST-SEE FEATURES: Experience first-hand how the newly remodeled spaces blend seamlessly with the existing home. Adding a raised bar in the kitchen increased eating options, while 18 feet of glass doors open up to the deck and stunning marsh views.
