Ciel Warehouse Closing Sale:

The warehouse had to close down for two weeks to prep how many things would be offered at this sale—it’s that big. Browse the 1800s farmhouse cabinets, metal letters, LED spot lights, reclaimed wood furniture, vintage fabrics, bronze castings and more. If you miss the super sale, you can add some of Ciel’s fabulous taste to your home through the flagship store on Excelsior in St. Louis Park. Thursday-Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Sunday noon-4 p.m. @ Ciel Warehouse, 4950 W 35th St., St. Louis Park, cielloftandhome.com

Everett & Charlie Grand Opening Open House:

While Everett & Charlie has been finding homes for its locally focused paintings, sculptures, jewelry and other pieces through pop-ups at the Linden Hills Farmers Market, it has also opened up its own gallery at the end of May. Now, with a few weeks to get their legs under them, they are having a Grand Opening event complete with live music, a gift certificate give away, artist appearances, child face painting on Saturday and Sunday, and dog treats to “well-behaved dogs.” Thursday from 5-9 p.m., Friday 11 a.m.-7 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. & Sunday 9 a.m.-3 p.m. @ Everett & Charlie, 2720 W 43rd St., Minneapolis, facebook.com

Peony Show at Bachman’s :

First come the crocuses and the snow drops; then other early bloomers like tulips and daffodils; and now, as summer is really getting into swing, the peonies. See the region’s largest peony show for free in the Bachman’s Heritage Room. Hundreds of peonies will be on view, coloring the room with all different hues and blossom sizes. The 2018 peony is a double peony called Lois’ Choice, and you’ll probably get a chance to see its warm pink petals flushed with yellow at the show, too. Saturday 1-5 p.m. & Sunday 10 a.m.-3 p.m. @ Bachman’s Heritage Room, 6010 Lyndale Ave. S, Minneapolis, mnpeony.org

Midwest Home Luxury Remodeling Tour:

See what true design and craftsmanship can do at five high-end homes throughout the metro area. For the second week of Midwest Home’s fifth annual Luxury Remodeling Tour, see an Edina family home turned into entertainment central with an expanded kitchen, cocktail bar, home theater, and three-season porch. Go on Lake Minnetonka for a fully renovated home complete with a custom bathroom, wine room, and kitchen. Explore a 1900s Excelsior home with highlighted vintage accents, or see why butler’s pantries are the rage at a colonial in Edina. Whether you are planning your own remodel or simply want some home and design inspiration, this is the event for you. You can buy weekend tickets at the door, Menards, or luxremodelingtour.com, or single home tickets at the door. Saturday and Sunday noon-6 p.m. @ various locations, midwesthomemag.com

MEND x Russell+Hazel Anniversary:

Raise a glass of champagne to commemorate one year of partnership between the clean-lined, color-coordinated organizational store of Russell+Hazel and the minimalist, spiritual gemstone designs of MEND. Peruse the special display of MEND items while you sip your bubbly, too. Saturday 11 a.m.-1 p.m. @ Russell+Hazel, 219 Second St. N, Suite 106, Minneapolis, facebook.com

Rustic Garden Market:

For some good ol’ fashioned goodies, check out the cornucopia of handmade crafts, local art, made-from-scratch treats, plants, and music, with a little bit of flea market vibe thrown in just because. The Rustic Garden was started on the dream of two women who loved different and loved gardens, and now twice a year they host a whole market for people to discover their own treasures. Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. @ Rustic Garden, 1410 Highway 55 E, Buffalo, therusticgarden.us

Caffetto Craft Fair 2018:

A couple of blocks off Hennepin and about a mile from Lake of the Isles is the neighborhood cafe Caffetto, and while you can get a cup o’ joe there anytime, this Sunday you can also go to the annual craft fair. While it’s true it’s taken a little time off, it’s back through sheer community support. Swing by the free family-friendly event for music and art all day. Sunday 11 a.m.-5 p.m. @ Caffetto, 708 W 22nd St., Minneapolis, facebook.com
